At Bebemoda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your Bebemoda account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is in its original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
